Cory is a dedicated Community Association Manager with eight years of experience helping communities thrive, from small neighborhoods to large-scale homeowners associations. She holds both the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations.
Cory began her career as a Lifestyle Director for a large-scale HOA in the Richmond area, where she discovered her passion for building relationships and creating positive experiences for homeowners. Since then, she has built her career around exceptional customer service, clear communication, and practical solutions to everyday community needs.
As a trusted resource for Boards and homeowners, she enjoys bringing people together to work toward common goals. She believes strong relationships, open communication, and collaboration are the foundation of a successful community.
